Psychosocial Safety – What Leaders Need to Know
The responsibilities of CEOs and their leaders have been significantly expanded to include not just physical but multiple dimensions of wellness at work, otherwise known as psychological social safety. In light of continuous legislative updates, organisations need to not only comprehend their legal obligations but implement proper due diligence and preventative management.
This event will be conducted both in-person and online. It is ideally suited for CEOs, Managing Directors, Head of People and Culture, and overall business leaders who wish to gain insights into risk factors during their tenure and for the overall organisation.
The event will highlight what the changes are and how companies will be required to adapt and increase diligence to demonstrate duty of care. We will also share examples of practical programs to uncover psychological social safety issues and strengthen the people dynamics within your workforce.
