Louise joined Beaumont People in late 2016 after making the move from the UK to Australia. She has over 15 years of industry experience recruiting for Business Service positions and Senior Level roles both temporary and permanent. Working the Associations & Memberships Team, she quickly developed strong working relationships, providing a professional, honest, and informative ‘consultative service’ to both clients and candidates. Her commitment, integrity, and natural enthusiasm to succeed enables her to deliver a unique service to both clients and candidates.

As part of Beaumont People’s Not-for-Profit Executive Search and Selection team, Liska has over 20 years’ recruitment experience partnering with clients and candidates to deliver effective solutions that are in the best interest for both parties. Since joining Beaumont People in 2015, she has recruited exclusively for NFP clients and is viewed as an expert in this space. She is genuinely interested in promoting conversation around the opportunities and challenges facing charities.

Nicole joined the Beaumont People team in 2008 and has worked across Call Centre, Education and Charity Executive Search Team, on temporary and permanent staffing needs and career opportunities for roles ranging from entry level to C-Suite. Her years of experience mean that she can provide specialist knowledge and advice to her clients and candidates and be confident that she is adding value. Nicole's positive energy and outlook is contagious and has helped her to build strong, successful working relationships with her colleagues, clients, and candidates.
